ABSTRACT

The Science Center in Philidelphia, USA has been around for 60 years. In recent years the Science Center has elevated its commitment to look at diversity, equity and inclusivity in a systemic way. This article focuses on the Science Center’s engagement with ICW Consulting Group at the intersection of DEI, strategy and culture. This engagement is informed by a strengths-based approach and the principles of Appreciative Inquiry.
